A two-part workshop exploring Eight Mansions & Flying Stars

Discover a new way to connect with your home and create a space that feels more balanced, welcoming, and supportive of your everyday life.

Join us at Wicks & Stones to explore two traditional systems of Feng Shui. Each offers a different perspective on the relationship between you and your surroundings. Together, they invite you to look beyond décor and consider how you arrange, experience, and move through your home.

Session 1: Eight Mansions (Ba Zhai) — November 8
Explore how compass directions and the relationship between a home and its occupants are used to identify favorable and less favorable directions. Learn how to bring these principles into practical decisions about room arrangements, sleeping, working, and everyday activities.

Session 2: Flying Stars (Xuan Kong) — November 15
Often described as the astrology of your home, Flying Stars offers another lens for understanding your space. You’ll receive your personal house chart and explore areas traditionally associated with prosperity, relationships, and family harmony, along with thoughtful ways to work with those spaces.

Come with curiosity and a floor plan of your home, and leave with a fresh perspective on the spaces you live in—and ideas for bringing more intention into them.

• Time: 1:00–3:30 p.m. each session

• Location: Wicks & Stones, Juneau, Alaska

• Cost: $40 per session or $75 for both

• Please bring: A floor plan of your home
